The Space: Nestled within new secure Apartments we are conveniently located at front of complex facing Surf beach. Our modern 1 bedroom apartment is larger than most able to accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. Fully self contained and styled meticulously with unique wall art and luxurious furniture throughout.Â
Bedroom: Wake to the calming sounds of the ocean splashing to and fro the shoreline from your bed in the bedroom. Sleep peacefully on the extremely comfortable queen bed ensemble with french flax linen for pure bedding luxury. There's a double built in wardrobe, sheer white curtains with block out blinds and your own smart television wall mounted plus your own ducted air conditioning control panel.Â
Living: The spacious light filled living space includes a quality 3 seater linen lounge, 2 light coloured soft wood armchairs plus an oak timber dining setting perfect for 4. In the living space we can offer 2 sofa beds for extra bedding on request when more than 1 bed is required - see extra bedding add on below.Â
Kitchen: Stone bench top kitchen including cooking facilities & all the items you need within. A bar fridge, combined micro/oven, dishdrawer and internal bins.Â
Laundry: New built in laundry + washing machine and a clothes airer in european style laundry.Â
Bathroom: A large rainwater shower head within the semi frameless shower in fully tiled bathroom. A stone bench top vanity plus cupboard storage.Â
Private Balcony: Relax and unwind on the private covered balcony in the modern outdoor setting admiring the ocean views and enjoying the sea breeze. Be sure to watch the spectacular sunsets at the end of the day and if you're lucky you might just see whales when migrating.Â
Additional Outdoor Shower: Wash salt and sand off your feet when returning from the beach in the convenient outdoor shower located at rear of building complex.Â

Guest Access: Check in - 2pm Check out - 10am.Â
The entire apartment is yours to enjoy - no shared facilities. 24/7 Self check in anytime after 2pm unless you have booked in early check in.Â
Access the building complex, and undercover parking with your unique pin code - park your car in our reserved designated car space included in our rates and walk everywhere. No car needed.Â
